Work begins only under a written agreement signed by the applicable parties. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls.

Florida law and courts

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
